Admission Requirements

With three program starts a year, Tulane’s accelerated BSN program allows you to leverage your existing college experience and earn your nursing degree in as few as 16 months. 

Students seeking admission to Tulane's ABSN program must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Hold a minimum of 60 non-nursing college credits from an accredited institution.
  • Have a cumulative transfer GPA of 3.0 and a cumulative nursing major prerequisite GPA of 3.0.
  • Request transcripts from all institutions where previously enrolled.
  • Complete the program prerequisites within seven years of application to the nursing program.
